Giacomo Scibelli was born in Avellino in 1981. He had lived in Macerata for 3 years and then he moved to Campobasso (CB) where he lived until 2000. To attend studies at University he moved to Lauro (Av), where he still live.

After he became a Computer Scientist he start workiong as researcher at research and Development centre of Poste ItalianeS.p.A. From January 2010 start a training curse at postal office of Pomigliano d'Arco. Meanwhile he is attending PhD at University of Sannio to continue his researches on Data Mining and Ontology Web Language.

He is member of the Prolauro Association as Tour guide about Lauro and its artistic legacy. He is also editor of Agorà, the annual magazine of the association.

Until 2003 he played volley and took part in many championships and events.

From 2005 he is Italian Red Cross Campania President for the component Blood Donor.

He loves music and played violin and piano at Conservatorio in Campobasso.
